I got a new pair of brown heels from Bakers. I love them, now. But when I got them about a month ago, I hated them. They weren't broken in yet and they hurt my feet.
One Sunday Blake and I went to first service at The Bridge since we had to get quite a few things done before the start of another week. We had to go to two stores (Target and Best Buy) and there was one store in between the two (Sports Authority). So Blake parked in front of Sports Authority. Good Choice. He ended up parking quite a ways out from the stores. Bad Choice.
See, this was the second time I had worn these shoes, and they hurt my feet the first time, and after wearing them for 2 hours my feet were killing me again. As I got out of the car, I thanked Blake for parking so far out with me wearing the heels. He preceded to tell me to switch him shoes....he would wear my heels.
Well, I couldn't pass that up! I gladly took off my shoes and put on his flip flops. He was wobbly at first, but got his balance...his feet were spilling out of my size 7 shoes. He took one step with each foot, almost fell over, and refused to go any further! I traded him shoes, but not without a tangible memory....
Luckily, I always have my camera on me these days! You can see his white truck in the background...and he was a champ! I think every man should put on his girlfriends/wifes high heels, even for a minute, to see how they feel! Hope you enjoy the pictures!
